This work is not for everyone.

If what you have read so far made sense to you, and stirred some discomfort, this is probably for you. But before we talk, I need to understand the context.

What the Deep Diagnostic is

The Deep Diagnostic is the point of entry: 90 minutes, individual or with a small executive team, focused on one concrete challenge. It runs as a working session with method, not a discovery call. It ends with a diagnostic, options with clear trade-offs, a direct recommendation and a next step. It has a fixed fee, sent as a proposal at the time of booking. Evomatrix™ is the diagnostic instrument applied to the executive team in consulting engagements.

Who this is for

For those who decide under pressure. For those who know something importantis getting lost in the speed.

This is for you if

  • You lead an organisation or team going through transformation, and the results are not matching the investment.
  • You know the problem is not strategy, but you cannot name what is underneath it.
  • You need to include the human variable in governance, valuation or due diligence models, and your current instruments do not capture what you need.
  • You invested in leadership training and saw no difference.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for motivation, inspiration or team building.
  • You want a quick fix or a one-off workshop with no diagnostic.
  • You would rather measure satisfaction than measure depth.

The premise of the work

I do not work with everyone.

The premise behind every format is the same: decision maturity is a deep human variable, one that can be worked, trained and measured, and most organisations still run it on instinct, without method.

This means two practical things. First: I do not work with people who only want validation. The work demands a willingness to name what nobody wants to name. Second: the entry point is always a short conversation, honest screening, not a sales pitch. If there is real matter to work with, we continue. If there is not, I say so.

The three formats below are organised by depth and duration, not by price. We almost always start with the Deep Diagnostic, then decide together whether the work continues.

That inner poverty disguised as ambition is perhaps the most toxic product of the entire leadership development industry.

The Last Asset, Part II

The three formats

Three formats. One practice.

Each format has its own cadence, depth and cost. The point of entry is the Deep Diagnostic, 90 minutes to find out if there is matter here. Everything else follows from that.

Deep Diagnostic

A structured conversation to find out if there is matter here.

For anyone who does not want to sign a contract before knowing whether it makes sense. Ninety minutes with me, individually or with a small executive team, focused on one concrete challenge that is costing you sleep.

It runs as a working session with method, not a discovery call. By the end we have a diagnostic, options with explicit trade-offs, a direct recommendation and a clear next step (or a recommendation not to continue).

  • 01A diagnostic of where things actually stand
  • 02Identification of blind spots
  • 03Mapping of options with explicit trade-offs
  • 04A direct recommendation, no hedging
  • 05A clear next step, if it makes sense to continue
  • 06For CEOs, founders, board members, executive teams of up to five

Before moving forward

Questions we hear often.

  • I do not publish price lists. The Deep Diagnostic has a fixed fee (in euros), sent as a proposal at the time of booking. Mentoring and consulting are individual proposals. Scale, duration and scope vary too much for a shelf price to mean anything. The honest point of entry is the Deep Diagnostic.

How it works

Six questions. One conversation. Honesty on both sides.

  1. 1. Fill out the qualification form. Six questions. It is respect for your time and mine, not bureaucracy.
  2. 2. If there is alignment, we set up a conversation. 45 to 60 minutes. No cost. No obligation.
  3. 3. If there is no alignment, I will tell you. And point you to someone who can help.

Depth gets recognised, not sold.

There are several paths into the same building. They all lead to the same question. What is still worth doing with your own time.
