What data we collect and how

We collect only the data you provide directly and the minimum technical data necessary for the site to function and to measure its performance.

Data you provide directly:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and the content of the message. You may also optionally provide context such as industry sector, role, size of your organisation and areas of interest.
  • Capture window (the book prologue pop-up): name and email address and, optionally, phone number, when you request the PDF prologue of the book or ask to be notified of updates.
  • AI conversation assistant ("chat-helder"): the text of the questions and messages you type into the chat window. We ask that you do not enter sensitive data or confidential information in this field.

Data collected automatically:

  • Technical and usage data collected by analytics tools in aggregated form and without direct identification, such as pages visited, referral source, device type, browser, page performance indicators and, where applicable, approximate location information derived from the IP address.
  • The IP address and technical logs processed by our hosting infrastructure for delivery, security and abuse prevention purposes.

We do not intentionally collect data from children or special categories of data. We do not carry out automated decisions with legal effects on you.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the following legal bases set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Responding to contact requests, booking sessions and managing our relationship with you. Legal basis: consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Sending you the PDF book prologue and communications you have requested (for example, notice of updates or of the launch). Legal basis: consent.

  • Measuring and improving the performance and use of the site through aggregated analytics. Legal basis: consent (where applicable to the analytics tools) and legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site.
  • Ensuring the security, availability and integrity of the site and preventing abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Processing payments and complying with accounting and tax obligations, when you make a purchase (the book or Evomatrix™). Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

Whenever processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
